Clive Brown has worked across strategic talent acquisitions since 1996.

He supports the Stanton Edge permanent staff with the management

of the bench and virtual bench. He ensures Stanton Edge has access to

the best people at the right time. He has significant experience creating

teams and delivering solutions across government, not for profit and

corporate real estate.

In addition to managing the Stanton Edge talent, he also provides HR

Consulting services to the Stanton Edge clients including organisational

design, leadership development and MandA analysis. Clive trained as

an accountant before starting his career in talent; he holds a BA Hons

from the University of Nottingham.
